We serve both residential and commercial clients with a commitment to reliability, high-quality service, and strong client communication. Role Overview The Landscape Technician is a key member of our field team - executing high-quality landscaping work across a variety of residential and commercial properties throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons. This role is perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a dependable, hardworking team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. Install and maintain plantings, mulch, sod, and seasonal color. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. Follow daily route schedules and complete assigned properties to quality standards. Identify and report lawn care issues, plant health concerns, or site hazards to the crew lead. Keep equipment clean, fueled, and in good working order at the end of each shift. Represent the company professionally on client properties—respectful, tidy, and attentive to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, construction, or a similar outdoor trade preferred—but not required. Ability to perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and precipitation. Comfortable operating ride-on mowers, walk-behind equipment, and hand tools. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Valid driver's license required; ability to tow trailers is a plus. Work Environment This is an on-site, field-based role based in Boulder, CO performed outdoors across a range of residential and commercial properties Equal Pay for Equal Work Act Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq., the compensation for this role is $30/hour.
