Red Cypress Groundskeeping & Property Services is looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing Lawn Care Sales & Field Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position that combines lawn care, estimating, customer service, and sales. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working outdoors and operating lawn equipment but can also confidently approach homeowners, knock doors, identify property needs, provide estimates, and close new business. Responsibilities Perform door-to-door sales and introduce homeowners to Red Cypress services. Speak professionally and confidently with potential and existing customers. Inspect residential properties and identify lawn care, landscaping, pressure washing, cleanup, and property maintenance needs. Measure and evaluate properties to prepare accurate job estimates. Explain pricing, service options, and recommendations to customers. Follow up with potential customers and work to close estimates into paying jobs. Look for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional property services. Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing. Safely operate commercial stand-on mowers, string trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pressure-washing equipment, and other landscaping equipment. Complete landscaping, property cleanup, mulch, shrub trimming, pressure washing, and other property-service projects as assigned. Take before-and-after photos and document completed work. Maintain professional communication with customers and the office. Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and properly secured. Represent Red Cypress professionally while working in neighborhoods and interacting with the public. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative. This position is a good fit for someone who can work hard physically while also having the confidence and personality to sell.

Is comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners. Has strong communication and customer-service skills. Is motivated by sales and growing the company. Can learn how to accurately price and bid property-service jobs. Is dependable and shows up ready to work. Can work independently without constant supervision. Pays attention to details and takes pride in their work. Is comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat. Can safely operate lawn and landscaping equipment. Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Lawn care, landscaping, estimating, or sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
