/ Camden County, GA CrispCut Lawn Care is a growing, veteran-owned residential and commercial lawn care company serving Camden County. We are looking for a dependable Lawn Care Technician who takes pride in doing quality work and can eventually operate a lawn care route independently. This is not simply a helper position. The right person will be trusted with company equipment, a truck and trailer, and our customers' properties. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently without sacrificing quality. Responsibilities Mow residential and commercial properties using a zero-turn mower String trim around homes, fences, landscaping, trees, and other obstacles Edge sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and other hard surfaces Blow off driveways, sidewalks, porches, roads, and other areas after service Load, unload, and properly secure lawn equipment Drive assigned routes using a pickup truck and lawn trailer Safely tow and back a utility trailer Follow assigned routes and complete scheduled properties Inspect work before leaving each property Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Report equipment problems, property damage, or customer concerns immediately Represent CrispCut professionally around customers and their property What We Are Looking For Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in Georgia heat Able to perform physically demanding lawn care work Able to work independently after training Strong attention to detail Willing to learn and follow CrispCut's service standards Respectful of customers, their homes, and company equipment Previous lawn care, landscaping, zero-turn mower, commercial trimmer, or trailer experience is strongly preferred, but we will consider someone with the right work ethic and mechanical aptitude. What Success Looks Like We are looking for someone who notices when something does not look right and fixes it before leaving the property. A successful technician should eventually be capable of taking the truck and trailer, completing an assigned route from start to finish, and returning without the owner needing to follow behind and correct the work. Schedule & Seasonal Hours This is a seasonal, part-time position . During the active growing season, approximately 15-20 hours per week are expected, depending on weather, route volume, and customer demand. Additional hours may become available as the company grows. Hours will decrease significantly during the winter months and may be very limited at times. Year-round hours are not guaranteed. Candidates should understand the seasonal nature of the lawn care industry before applying. Pay & Growth Starting pay is $19.00•22.00 per hour , based on experience, equipment knowledge, driving/towing ability, quality of work, and ability to operate independently. Candidates with limited experience may start toward the lower end of the range. Someone who can safely operate the equipment, tow and back the trailer, maintain CrispCut quality standards, and independently manage a route may qualify toward the upper end. Employees who demonstrate consistent quality, reliability, safe equipment operation, and the ability to independently manage a route will have opportunities for increased responsibility as the company grows. CrispCut Lawn Care is looking for someone interested in becoming a trusted long-term part of the company, with the potential to grow into a route lead or crew leadership position as operations expand.
