Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Spray Applicator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and other treatments to various landscapes or facilities with precision and safety. Your expertise will help ensure healthy growth, pest control, and optimal land management while adhering to all safety regulations and environmental standards. Duties Safely operate spray equipment apply treatments accurately across different terrains. Prepare and mix chemical solutions according to manufacturer instructions and regulatory guidelines. Conduct thorough inspections of work sites to identify pest issues or areas needing treatment, ensuring targeted application. Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, including location, type of product used, and application dates for compliance purposes. Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling, storage, and disposal to protect yourself, colleagues, and the environment. Drive company vehicle to reach various job sites efficiently while maintaining a clean driving record. Requirements Valid license as a Spray Applicator or equivalent certification demonstrating expertise in pesticide application. Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, landscaping or agriculture-related fields. Knowledge of land management practices and familiarity with spray equipment. Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently; a clean driving record is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions for chemical mixing and application procedures. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or supplies as needed.
