We're hiring a Lawncare Crew Forman/Leader to oversee and work alongside a crew performing residential and commercial lawn care in Springfield, IL and surrounding areas . This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can train and motivate team members while ensuring high-quality results. As a Lawn Care Forman/Leader, you'll be responsible for keeping jobs on schedule, maintaining safety and quality standards, and training crew members in best practices for lawn care, plant health, and equipment use. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a lawn care crew daily Train and mentor new and existing crew members on proper lawn care techniques and safety procedures Perform hands-on lawn care tasks, including: Mowing

• Stand On, Sit Down, Walk Behind Mowers Trimming
• String Trimmer Edging
• Hard Blade Edging Clearing Hard Surfaces
• Back Pack Blower.

Weeding and seasonal cleanups Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Communicate with management about job progress and schedule. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, trailer, and truck. Requirements 1+ year of lawn care experience required; leadership experience strongly preferred Ability to lead and train team members with a positive, hands-on approach Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods Comfortable using mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools Valid Illinois driver's license required (ability to drive company vehicles and trailers) Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Strong communication and organizational skills Schedule We schedule our lawn care routes to be done in 4 days and our goal is to complete in 4 days. Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM

• 5:00 PM (end times may vary) Occasional weekends or longer hours during peak season or weather delays Benefits $19
