We have an immediate need in two areas and are open to candidates with experience in either: Lawn Applications / Turf Care — fertilizer, weed control and lawn-health applications Professional Mowing & Grounds Maintenance — commercial mowing, trimming, edging and property maintenance You do not need experience in both. If you're great at one, we want to hear from you. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Shows up consistently and on time Takes pride in doing quality work Works with urgency without sacrificing quality Can work independently and as part of a crew Takes care of trucks, equipment and customer property Can follow instructions and pay attention to details Is comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work Has a valid driver's license and good driving habits Wants an opportunity to learn, grow and take on more responsibility If Your Experience Is in Lawn Applications Your responsibilities may include: Applying fertilizer, weed control and other turf-care products Operating professional spraying and spreading equipment Following product labels and application rates accurately Identifying weeds, turf problems and other lawn concerns Maintaining accurate application records Cleaning and maintaining application equipment Communicating professionally with customers Managing an application route independently once trained Previous lawn-care, fertilizer, pesticide, turf, agricultural or similar experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who is dependable, detail-oriented and willing to learn. If Your Experience Is in Mowing & Grounds Maintenance We're especially interested in candidates who already know how to: Operate commercial stand-on and zero-turn mowers Professionally mow residential and commercial properties Trim accurately without scalping or damaging property Edge and blow properties clean Maintain clean mowing patterns and consistent cutting heights Work efficiently as part of a professional mowing crew Recognize problems and correct them without constantly being told Properly care for commercial lawn equipment Experience operating Wright stand-on mowers is a plus.
