Work with some of the best trained and equipped professionals in the industry, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork Position Summary As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will play an essential role in direct communication with clients to provide excellent customer service while establishing expiations in order to create lush green lawns that our clients take pride in.

A typical day may include:

Applying customized treatments to control weeds, diseases, and Insects Using a combination of ride on and manual equipment safely to produce effective fertilizer applications Articulating to clients detailed information about their lawn conditions and future application needs Managing your own territory with pride and independence Performing soil analysis and diagnosing turf conditions Providing seeding and aeration services to promote healthy growth This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and taking ownership of the landscapes under their care. You bring:

A valid Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator's License 4-5 years of hands-on experience in lawn care maintenance and fertilizer application A degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and the independence to work autonomously The ability to operate lawn care equipment and perform heavy lifting in all weather conditions Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to communicate effectively with clients Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S. A valid driver's license (Federal D.O.T. Medical Certification a Plus) Physical Requirements The physical demands of this role must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing these duties, employees may be required to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds and operate equipment in outdoor conditions.
