Job Description:

As a Lawn and Snow Care Specialist at Maxi Lawn and Snow, your primary responsibilities will include:

Lawn Care:

Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to achieve a well-maintained appearance. Applying weed and pest control treatments as needed. Ensuring proper care of plants, shrubs, and trees.

Snow Care:

Clearing snow from driveways, walkways, and parking lots using shovels, snow blowers, and plows. Applying salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice formation and ensure safe surfaces. Responding promptly to snow and ice events to maintain accessibility for clients.

Equipment Maintenance:

Operating and maintaining lawn mowers, snow plows, and other related equipment. Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent service to clients with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness. Addressing any client concerns or special requests with a positive attitude.

Safety:

Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Using personal protective equipment as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in lawn care, snow removal, or a similar field is preferred but not required. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment effectively. Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
