Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles and equipment. Apply repellents accurately following application guidelines. Conduct site inspections to identify deer activity, assess treatment needs, and implement deer management strategies. Communicate effectively with clients to explain deer control methods. Work independently at assigned job sites. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Associate degree preferred Must be available to work occasional Saturday Prior outdoor work experience in lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture or pest control is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to follow detailed instructions Valid driver's license with clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles is preferred. State of Michigan Applicator license required.
