Great Lawn Services is seeking a dependable and hardworking Fertilization Specialist to join our growing team. This position is responsible for applying fertilizer and lawn treatments and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control treatments to residential and commercial properties Follow all safety procedures and label directions for chemical applications Maintain accurate service records and route documentation Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic lawn care questions Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials daily Maintain clean, organized, and safe work vehicles Report any equipment issues or property concerns to management Work efficiently to complete daily routes on schedule Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Lawn care or chemical application experience preferred
