Lawn Care Technician $22$28/hour | MondayThursday Work Week Total Turf Maintenance, a family-owned company with over 20 years of experience, is hiring for two levels within our Lawn Maintenance team: Lawn Care Technicians and Lawn Crew Leaders. Your position and starting pay will be based on your experience and ability.

LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN

Pay:

$22$25/hour

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial zero-turn mowers String trim, edge and blow properties Complete commercial lawn maintenance routes Perform spring and fall cleanups Follow property-specific instructions Maintain quality and productivity standards Perform basic daily equipment care Communicate property or equipment issues to the Crew Leader Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew

Qualifications:

Lawn care, mowing or landscape experience preferred Experience with commercial lawn equipment preferred Dependable and able to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license preferred

LAWN CREW LEADER

Pay:

$25$28/hour This position is for an experienced lawn maintenance professional who is ready to lead a crew and take responsibility for the day's route.

Responsibilities:

Lead a lawn maintenance crew of 25 employees Organize and manage the daily route Ensure properties meet company quality standards Meet or exceed budgeted man-hours Train and develop crew members Communicate route progress and property issues with management Ensure crews follow property-specific instructions Oversee proper equipment use and daily care Complete required documentation Maintain crew safety and productivity

Qualifications:
