Andy's Lawn & Snow specializes in turf care applications, mowing, spring/fall cleanups, irrigation service/repairs, landscaping, tree trimming, small excavation work, Hydroseeding, mosquito control and Christmas Light Installation. Ideal Candidates would be a dependable, hard-working individual who is a great communicator. Must work well in a team setting and exercises sound judgement. Experience in landscaping and landscape machinery is preferred, we will train the right people. Must have a clean insurable driving record with valid drivers license.

Positions available:

•Lawn Care Team Member $18-$19 per hour

•Lawn care Technician $19-$21 per hour

Qualifications:

Previous advanced operations of commercial grade equipment experience Holds a valid drivers license/ability to obtain a DOT card Ability to use software apps on a smart phone Ability to work with other team members, communicate with Operation Managers and take direction from others Ability to problem solve in the field in order to make the best decision for the crew/company Ability to act appropriately and professionally in the field

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and machinery, such as weed whips, blowers and zero turn mowers, for various accounts. Conduct lawn care and groundskeeping duties to maintain the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a valid driver's license to transport equipment and travel to job sites as needed. (Hourly rate is based on experience, knowledge in the field, and quality of work.)
