$18 $25/hour (based on experience) Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Technician to join our team. This position combines lawn care, pest control, landscaping, and customer service responsibilities to help residential and commercial customers maintain healthy, attractive properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in delivering quality results, and can work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, weed control products, and pest control treatments according to company standards and state regulations Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment such as spreaders, sprayers, and company vehicles Inspect lawns and landscapes to identify turf, weed, and pest issues Recommend treatment plans and solutions based on property conditions Communicate with customers regarding services performed and future treatment recommendations Maintain accurate service records and documentation Follow all safety procedures and product handling guidelines Perform general labor and landscaping duties as needed Assist with landscape installation and site preparation projects when required Represent the company professionally with customers and team members Qualifications Experience in landscaping, lawn care, construction, or general labor preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain a Pesticide Applicator License (training provided) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with lawn care, pest control, or landscaping equipment Construction or landscape construction experience Experience maintaining service records and documentation Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose lawn and pest issues Compensation & Benefits $18 $25/hour depending on experience Paid training and licensing support Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Stable, full-time employment Hands-on work in a supportive team environment Opportunity to build expertise in lawn care, pest management, and landscaping services Work Environment Primarily outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions Frequent use of spreaders, sprayers, and company vehicles Physically active role involving walking, lifting, bending, and general labor Combination of independent work and customer interaction throughout the day Safety-focused environment with ongoing training and regulatory compliance If you're looking for a hands-on outdoor career with opportunities to develop specialized lawn care and landscaping skills, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality work, customer service, and professional growth.
