About us Brady Lawn Services is hiring a Full‑Time Crew Lead and technicians to start immediately. We are a family‑owned company based in High Ridge, MO. Our crew meets at our home base each morning and heads out together in a company truck. Position Requirements (Non‑Negotiable): Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating walk‑behind mowers with a Velky Proven reliability and strong work ethic Ability to lead a small crew and maintain high‑quality standards Experience in residential and/or commercial lawn maintenance preferred

Compensation & Schedule:

Starting pay: $22

• 25 per hour, based on experience Typical start time: 6:00 AM Weekends off unless weather delays or other circumstances require catch‑up work We're looking for someone who knows their equipment, takes pride in their work, and is ready to step confidently into a leadership role.

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees in gardens and landscapes
• Supervise a team of lawn care technicians and provide guidance as needed ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance required
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control
• Leadership skills to effectively supervise a team of technicians
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
