WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be responsible for professional turf and ornamental applications across the properties we service, including: Apply herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers, and other turf & ornamental treatments Identify and treat weeds, insects, diseases, and turf/plant health issues Properly mix and apply products according to labels and application requirements Treat ponds and amenity areas as needed Maintain accurate chemical and application records Maintain proper chemical labeling, storage, and documentation Follow all state, federal, and company safety requirements Inspect and maintain spray equipment, vehicles, and tools Communicate turf and property concerns to management Assist with other landscape operations when needed
WHO WE WANT
We're not just looking for someone who can run a spray rig. We're looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and takes ownership of their work.
REQUIRED
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable and able to show up ready to work Comfortable working independently Ability to safely operate spray and landscape equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 100 lbs. Strong attention to detail and safety
HIGHLY PREFERRED
1+ year of professional turf, ornamental, or spray technician experience Knowledge of weeds, turf, insects, ornamental plants, and common landscape diseases Experience mixing and applying turf and ornamental products Current pesticide/applicator license or certifications Already licensed and experienced? Competitive hourly rate based on experience, licensing, and qualifications

Typically 8-12 hours depending on season and workload
