Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the Lawn Care Crew in daily operations. The employee will provide quality service that meets or exceeds our managements expectations. All employees will possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manor at all times.Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking and mulch installationMix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.Proper use of safety equipment and personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:
Must be 18+ years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust have a valid drivers licenseAbility to lift 75+ lbs. consistently throughout the dayAvailable to work a varied schedule (including Saturdays) in any and all adverse weather conditions. Year-round position.Must be able to stoop, stand and bend for 8+ hours a day.
