Bilingual English/Spanish required Express Employment Professionals is hiring bilingual English/Spanish candidates for multiple opportunities in the Raleigh area. We are currently hiring for two different positions within the landscaping and lawn equipment industries, and candidates may be considered for the opportunity that best matches their experience. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish and have experience with landscaping, outdoor labor, lawn equipment, customer service, or a related field. Landscaping / General
Labor Work with a local landscaping company assisting crews with day-to-day landscaping and outdoor projects.
Responsibilities may include:
General landscaping and grounds work Loading and unloading materials and equipment Assisting landscaping crews at job sites Using basic landscaping tools and equipment General cleanup and physical labor Communicating with English- and Spanish-speaking team members This position is outdoors and physically active, so candidates should be comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions. 2. Lawn & Power Equipment Counter Customer Service Work with a local power equipment company specializing in lawn mowers, landscaping equipment, parts, and equipment service/repair. This is primarily a customer service position—not a traditional sales role.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting customers at the service/counter area Helping customers with questions about lawn and power equipment Communicating between customers, technicians, and other team members Looking up equipment, parts, or service information Answering phones and providing friendly customer service Assisting both English- and Spanish-speaking customers Experience with lawn mowers, landscaping equipment, small engines, outdoor power equipment, or landscaping is especially helpful for this position. Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish is required Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, outdoor labor, lawn equipment, power equipment, or a related field Dependable and able to report to work consistently Comfortable working as part of a team Good communication skills
