is a local small business that was founded in 2022. We are looking forward to growing our team and are searching for a dedicated and hard-working team member. A Lawn & Landscape Technician will assist with lawn maintenance routes and landscaping projects throughout the week. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position; every day brings different challenges, opportunities to learn new skills, and a sense of accomplishment from the work completed. We work in the heat, cold, and inclement weather. Schedule fluctuates based on weather and work available Currently looking for someone who can work fulltime Monday-Friday with possible weekends for our mowing route 4 10 hour days 5 8 hour days Duties Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup Operate and maintain lawn care and landscaping equipment, including blowers, trimmers, mowers, compact equipment, and trailers Assist with landscape installation projects, including mulch, stone, plants, and grading Work efficiently with a team to complete projects in a professional and timely manner while maintaining quality Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with customers as needed Requirements Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related work is preferred. Ability to operate various tools such as hand tools, power tools, excavators, and snow plows safely and efficiently is preferred. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently. Attendance reliability, strong time management skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are a must Effective communication with supervisors on availability and questions. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is required Valid driver's license 18 and older
