Job Description

The Role We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help us maintain residential and commercial properties. As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you'll operate professional-grade equipment to mow, trim, and clean up lawns and landscaping areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Daily equipment maintenance and fueling Safe, proper use of all tools and machines Using App to track jobs and communicate with office Shrub trimming, weeding and installing mulch Work well with others or independently What We're Looking For Team player that puts others first and shows up on time and ready to work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain) Able to pass a drug screen test No experience? No problem. We train the right people!

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$19 hr base pay + performance bonuses.

Schedule:

1 to 2 days per week Year-round employment: Includes winter work opportunities

Typical Hours:
