At Spring Green Washington , we take pride in delivering top-tier service, building strong relationships with local homeowners and businesses, and keeping Washington County green and healthy. We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our growing local team! Position Overview As a Lawn Care & Pest Control Technician , you will be the face of Spring Green in our community. You'll manage a local service route, evaluate outdoor conditions, and apply specialized lawn treatments, weed control, and pest defense products. No prior lawn care experience? We will train you! If you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a company service vehicle to customer properties throughout Washington, PA, and surrounding areas.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and perform scheduled lawn, tree, and pest treatments safely and accurately.
  • Educate customers on their lawn health and recommend tailored service enhancements.
  • Maintain equipment, manage product inventory, and keep accurate daily service records.
  • Complete required state pesticide/herbicide applicator licensing (paid training provided). Qualifications
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
    Age:
    Must be at least 18 years old.
      Work Ethic:
      Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently in outdoor weather conditions.
        Physical Stamina:
        Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and walk outdoors for extended periods.
          Communication:
          Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members. What We Offer
