We service commercial properties in the area. Days typically start at 7:00 a.m. and end when the route is complete for the day. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Pre-employment drug screenings are required. Duties Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and applying herbicides Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure safety and efficiency Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is highly preferred Familiarity with the operation of power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to property upkeep and client satisfaction
