Our focus is professional weed control, fertilization, and lawn health programs. We do not mow. We invest heavily in training, equipment, and our people and we are building a team of technicians who want more than "just a job." What you will do:

Apply liquid and granular fertilizer and weed control treatments. Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, disease, insects, soil conditions) Educate homeowners on proper lawn care practices Operate professional application equipment Maintain accurate service notes using a mobile app Represent the company professionally at every property No mowing, no landscaping installs, no sales pressure. We are looking for people who are: Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Enjoy working independently and outdoors Have strong communication and customer service skills Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to life 50 lbs and work on your feet Lawn care or pesticide experience preferred but not required We provide paid training and licensing support

Pay & Benefits:
