You'll operate spray equipment, assess site needs, and help keep properties looking their best. Requirements Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using truck-mounted and backpack equipment Identify turf weeds, pests, and diseases and prescribe appropriate treatments Maintain accurate application records and daily service logs Operate and maintain your spray truck and equipment Communicate respectfully with clients and represent the company professionally Follow all safety protocols, PPE usage, and DOT/state compliance rules Assist with snow removal or support other divisions in off-season Please add Must be currently CO3 certified or able to attain certification within 30 days of employment What You Bring 1

• 3+ years of experience in lawn or plant health care (preferred) Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required) State pesticide license (or willingness to obtain
