• 23/hour based on experience Seasonal, Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Occasional Saturdays About the Position AG Mowing is a growing lawn care and landscaping company serving the Clarksville area.

We're hiring an experienced Lawn Care Technician to join our field team. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with at least one year of professional lawn care or landscaping experience who is comfortable with mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, and operating commercial lawn equipment. You'll work as part of a 2-3 person crew. We're open to both experienced crew members and candidates with leadership experience. Strong employees will have opportunities to take on additional responsibility and potentially advance into a Crew Lead position. Responsibilities Mow, string trim, edge, and blow residential and commercial properties Safely operate commercial mowers and handheld lawn equipment Work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail Follow property-specific notes and work instructions Assist with landscaping, hedge trimming, cleanups, mulch, aeration/overseeding, leaf work, and other seasonal services Properly load, secure, fuel, clean, and care for company equipment Complete required job photos and accurately track production time Maintain an organized truck, trailer, equipment, and work area Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company safety procedures and operating standards

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 1 year of professional lawn care or landscaping experience Professional experience with mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing Experience operating commercial lawn equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation, photos, communication, and job tracking

Preferred:

2+ years of professional lawn care or landscaping experience Experience operating commercial stand-on mowers Experience driving a truck and pulling an enclosed or landscape trailer Landscaping experience beyond routine mowing Previous experience training or leading other employees Pay & Growth $18

Starting pay is based on professional experience, equipment proficiency, quality, productivity, driving/trailer experience, and leadership capability. Employees who consistently demonstrate reliability, quality, productivity, and leadership ability may have opportunities for increased pay, additional responsibility, and advancement into a Crew Lead position.
