• Music City Turf is a luxury artificial grass company headquartered in Goodlettsville, TN .

We are designing & building artificial lawns, PGA caliber golf greens, synthetic grass playgrounds, rooftops and more.

Responsibilities :

Working as a team member , assisting with all aspects of installation process. Including base prep, edging, turf cutting & seaming. Must maintain quality as a standard for self & Music City Turf. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs & have great attendance, being on time is a MUST. Spanish speaking is great but not required. Ability to use heavy machinery equipment, able to move a truck and trailer and an eye for detail is HIGHLY preferred but again must be open to being trained.

Requirements:

Must have functional vehicle and/or be able to get to work. Must posses willingness to learn skills on site. Willing to work in all weather conditions. Higher pay if you have a truck and are willing to use for work. We concentrate on installations in Nashville and Middle TN areas, but will occasionally travel for larger installs. This may only be once or twice a year where all lodging, travel, food, etc will be provided by MCT. Higher daily rates are paid for long distance installations. Experience in installing artificial grass or golf course industry is a MUST. Huge opportunity to grow as we continue to get busier as time goes on. Possibility to lead your own installation crew is already on the table once you've proven the ability to install correctly, to MCT's standards.

Compensation:

This is a W2 position. Pay is based on experience and daily rate varies.
