Advanced Lawn Solutions is looking for reliable Lawn Care Technicians to join our crew. Whether you are an experienced pro or looking to get started in a stable trade, we want to talk to you. What you'll do. Work in the field to diagnose and assess lawn care needs Receive on the job training and study material to qualify for Tennessee Pesticide Applicator certification Perform aeration, seeding and fertilization of residential and commercial lawns Mix and apply fertilizer, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, or fungicides through spreader and/or sprayer application on lawns Write required notations on customer invoices such as, product usage information at each job site Clean and service equipment daily Talk with customers about services being provided Collaborate with team members to best service customers Utilize a strong attention to detail Why us? Work with a t rusted and reliable team Have a stable schedule : Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (possible Saturdays during busy seasons) Guaranteed 40 hour work week with overtime available
