About the Opportunity Integrity Lawns is a locally owned lawn care company in Granbury serving Hood County and DeCordova. We're growing and looking for a reliable route driver/technician who wants to be part of a friendly, hardworking crew that actually understands life, people, and families. You'll drive our company truck, work with a small 2-3 person team, and take care of established routes.

We keep it straightforward:

show up, do quality work, and get paid for results. The Schedule We work Tuesday through Friday , with the option to pick up Saturday work when it's available and you want the extra hours. Sundays and Mondays are normally off — great for family and life outside of work. The only time we'd work a Monday is for rare weather-related makeup days. Pay Structure Guaranteed base of $16 per hour On top of that, the truck gets 33% of the day's production Your effective hourly rate depends on how efficiently the team works that day Some days land around $20/hour. Strong days commonly hit the mid-to-high $20s. On the best days when the team is locked in and moving well, there's potential to reach $30-$35 per hour . It all comes down to efficiency. What You'll Be Doing Driving the company truck on residential and commercial routes Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, cleanup, and other routine landscaping tasks Working as a real team — everyone pitches in to get the job done right and keep moving Keeping the truck and equipment clean and ready Representing the company with a good attitude on every property Who We're Looking For Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, positive, and ready to work outdoors in Texas weather Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet Lawn care experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person who has a strong work ethic Someone who wants to earn more by working efficiently and being a solid teammate Why People Like Working Here Company truck provided (no wear on your personal vehicle) Real performance upside — better days = better pay Friendly crew and office staff who get that people have lives and families Supportive environment with solid training and guidance Straightforward work with clear expectations If this sounds like a good fit, send over a quick work history (or resume) and a short note about why you'd like to join the team.
