About the Opportunity Integrity Lawns is a locally owned lawn care company in Granbury serving Hood County and DeCordova. We're growing and looking for a reliable route driver/technician who wants to be part of a friendly, hardworking crew that actually understands life, people, and families. You'll drive our company truck, work with a small 2-3 person team, and take care of established routes.

We keep it straightforward:

show up, do quality work, and get paid for results. The Schedule We work Tuesday through Friday , with the option to pick up Saturday work when it's available and you want the extra hours. Sundays and Mondays are normally off — great for family and life outside of work. The only time we'd work a Monday is for rare weather-related makeup days. Pay Structure Guaranteed base of $16 per hour On top of that, the truck gets 33% of the day's production Your effective hourly rate depends on how efficiently the team works that day Some days land around $20/hour. Strong days commonly hit the mid-to-high $20s. On the best days when the team is locked in and moving well, there's potential to reach $30-$35 per hour . It all comes down to efficiency.
