Candidates with golf course experience and tractor operation skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage turf care by applying pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, and fertilizers to client properties.
Identify weeds, diseases, and insects.
Seed lawns as needed.
Be knowledgeable about proper mowing techniques and leaf removal.
Carry out various turf management and landscaping duties.

Requirements

MUST HAVE

VDACS Commercial Pesticide Applicator License and Certified Fertilizer Applicator Certificate.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Experience with stand-on fertilizer spreaders and compact tractors.
Additional experience with zero-turn mowers and leaf removal equipment is a plus.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions, including on short notice.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Professionalism and respect towards clients and their properties.
