May's Lawn Care, LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Fertilizer and Spray Applicator. Candidates with golf course experience and tractor operation skills are preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage turf care by applying pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, and fertilizers to client properties.
• Identify weeds, diseases, and insects.
• Seed lawns as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about proper mowing techniques and leaf removal.
• Carry out various turf management and landscaping duties.

Requirements

MUST HAVE

• VDACS Commercial Pesticide Applicator License and Certified Fertilizer Applicator Certificate.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience with stand-on fertilizer spreaders and compact tractors.
• Additional experience with zero-turn mowers and leaf removal equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, including on short notice.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Professionalism and respect towards clients and their properties.
