WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your main responsibilities will include: Commercial & residential lawn mowing Weed whacking / trimming Blowing off sidewalks, driveways & patios Edging and detail work Core aeration Fall leaf cleanups General lawn & landscape maintenance Operating commercial lawn equipment Keeping equipment clean and properly maintained Interacting professionally with customers Helping maintain the high-quality standard our customers expect
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who: Is 18+ years old Has previous lawn care or landscaping experience Has experience with weed whacking, blowing and mowing Has a valid driver's license Has a reliable way to get to work every day Shows up on time and is dependable Has a positive attitude Takes pride in their work Can work independently without being constantly supervised Is comfortable interacting with customers Works well with a small team Pays attention to detail Can work outside in different weather conditions Is willing to learn and take on more responsibility
EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You should already be comfortable operating lawn equipment and know how to properly mow, trim, and blow a property without needing to be taught the basics.
