Overview We are seeking an experienced dispensary manager to lead our Big Sky team! The right applicant will have strong managerial and organizational skills, be proactive, be active within the Big Sky community, and be looking for a long-term, committed role with plenty of room for growth. Strong preference given to applicants who are located in Big Sky. Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to understand and deliver on retail goals
• Implement and maintain staff schedules and oversee staff hours
• Build and maintain strong community ties with our local customers, ensuring we are providing the products and service they desire in a dispensary
• Monitor store growth and implement strategies to continue to meet sales goals
• Maintain a neat, clean and tidy store, with clear signage and organization to provide a smooth shopping experience
• Ensure adherence to state guidelines and compliance law
• Be available to assist store staff with any questions or concerns throughout operating hours Requirements
• Ability to effectively manage staff
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills Ideally, we are seeking an individual with previous cannabis retail experience, though previous management experience in similar industries welcome.
