Summary Under the direction of the Stable Manager, the supervisor, will assist with the operation of a public horseback riding program, including administrative duties, and managing personnel. Directly supervise full-time Stable workers and Stable Volunteers; at times may also direct the work of other Stable personnel. Will recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate, full-time and part-time Stable workers, Trail guides, and Stable worker volunteers. Will prepare annual performance appraisal criteria, evaluate job performance of direct report staff, and assist stable personnel with barn duties when extra help is needed, amongst other tasks. Lastly, must have a valid driver's license.
