The Clinic Supervisor performs a supervisory role in the assigned primary care clinic(s). Functions under the immediate supervision of the Director of Primary care services. The Clinic Supervisor assumes responsibility for the operational and ongoing support of health care delivery at a fast paced, innovative clinic working with underserved, indigent and Medicaid/Medicare populations. Responsibilities include supervision of the primary care team. With latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Assesses and directs workflow in each clinic in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assists in teaching and directing other clinic personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. Must understand that duties are subject to change as determined by director/executive management to meet the needs of the center.
