18-28 per hour depending on experience Fast growing local small business looking for a hard Working self motivated individual who likes helping people and working outdoors. Our next Pest Control Technician will provide top-notch service to our residential and commercial clients. You will manage your own daily route, inspect properties, and apply safe, effective solutions to resolve pest issues. No prior experience is required but pay will be based on experience—we provide complete paid training and licensing preparation for the right candidate who possesses a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Explain treatment processes to clients, offer preventative tips, and address their concerns with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Inspect Properties:
Conduct thorough inspections of homes and businesses to identify pest activity, points of entry, and potential problem areas.
Apply Treatments:
Safely measure, mix, and apply pest control materials in compliance with state regulations and company safety standards.
Solve Problems:
Develop and execute customized treatment plans to control and eliminate pests like ants, spiders, rodents, and stinging insects.
Maintain Records:
Document all services, chemical usages, and inspection findings accurately on a company-provided digital tablet or mobile app.
Vehicle Care:
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company service vehicle.
Skills & Qualifications Driving Record:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (required to operate company vehicle.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to speak confidently and clearly with local homeowners and business owners.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight or uncomfortable spaces (like crawlspaces and attics) in varying weather conditions.
Reliability:
Excellent time-management skills to punctually navigate a daily scheduled route independently.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensing:
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening to obtain a state pest control applicator license (fees covered by company).

Company Vehicle:
Fully equipped service truck provided for all work routes, including fuel and maintenance. Take vehicle home with you.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
