Job Description

What We Do:
We provide mosquito control services to residential and commercial customers, repelling and killing outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, ticks and fleas Our technicians apply barrier spray solutions on our clients' properties that maintains protection against various pests. What You'll Do Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes Maintain good customer relationships Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting any problems Maintain chemical records according to state requirements Participate in team meetings Complete certification and training Thoroughly explain to the customer the expectations for services and procedures Keep our equipment and vehicles clean and in good working condition Requirements Honest, Reliable and Dependable Valid drivers license and clean driving record Able to walk customer property while carrying equipment weighing over 60 lbs. for long periods of time in hot temperatures Show up to work on time and ready to work every day that you are scheduled Fast learner- must be able to pass state certification exam to apply pesticides and gain a general knowledge of basic pest control Self-confident Professional Friendly Excellent customer service skills Detail Oriented and Self Motivated Willingness and ability to work flexible hours Pay Structure Start at $16 hourly then moved to 16% commission of route once efficient. Bonus opportunities
