Palm Patrol - Palm & Lawn Maintenance is hiring dependable crew members for palm tree trimming, lawn maintenance, property cleanups, and general outdoor maintenance throughout the Gulf Coast area. Palm tree experience is preferred, but it is NOT required. We are willing to train someone who works hard, listens, shows up on time, and is willing to learn. We have openings for both ground crew members and people who are comfortable working at heights. Our palm trimming work regularly involves climbing ladders and operating aerial lifts, with lift work commonly reaching 40-50 feet in the air . If you are applying specifically as a ground man , you will not be expected to work at those heights. What You'll Be Doing Palm tree trimming and cleanup Removing dead palm fronds, seed pods, and debris Working from ladders and aerial lifts when qualified and comfortable Ground support for palm trimmers Dragging, loading, and disposing of palm fronds and debris Operating blowers, trimmers, edgers, mowers, and other landscaping equipment Hedge and shrub trimming Property cleanups Keeping trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites organized Helping set up and break down equipment safely Maintaining a clean job site before leaving Working outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions What We're Looking For Palm tree trimming or landscaping experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more than experience .

You should be:

Reliable and able to show up on time Comfortable working outside all day Physically capable of lifting, carrying, dragging, and loading heavy debris Able to follow instructions and work safely Comfortable around ladders, power equipment, and machinery Comfortable working at heights if applying for a trimming/lift position Willing to learn proper palm trimming techniques Able to work as part of a crew without needing constant supervision Respectful around customers and their property Ground Crew Positions Available You do not have to climb or work 50 feet in the air to work here. We are also hiring ground crew members. Ground crew responsibilities include helping the trimmer, controlling the work area, moving debris, loading trailers, blowing and cleaning the property, handling tools, and keeping the job moving efficiently. This can also be a good position for someone who wants to learn the palm tree business and eventually move into operating lifts or trimming palms. Experienced Palm Tree Workers If you already know how to trim palms, operate lifts, identify proper cut heights, remove seed pods, clean trunks, or safely work around tall palms, we especially want to talk to you.
