• Position Overview:

• We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Tree Service Groundsman to assist our tree care crew (Perferably to have experience) The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working outdoors. This role is essential in supporting tree trimming, removal, and maintenance operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Assist arborists and tree technicians in daily operations, including tree trimming and removal.
• Prepare and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Clear debris and maintain job sites for safety and efficiency.
• Operate basic landscaping equipment, such as chippers and chainsaws, under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in or tree care is a plus, but not required, Will train.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
• Valid driver's license!!!!! and a clean driving record.
