- We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Tree Service Groundsman to assist our tree care crew (Perferably to have experience) The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working outdoors. This role is essential in supporting tree trimming, removal, and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist arborists and tree technicians in daily operations, including tree trimming and removal.
- Prepare and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Clear debris and maintain job sites for safety and efficiency.
- Operate basic landscaping equipment, such as chippers and chainsaws, under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in or tree care is a plus, but not required, Will train.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
- Valid driver's license!!!!! and a clean driving record.
