If so, we want you to be a leader of our dedicated team! Responsibilities Ensure crews stay on task and running smoothly Assess tree health and conditions . Assist with tree care activities such as tree trimming, pruning and removal. Operate various equipment (skid steers, man lift, etc) safely. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions as necessary. Qualifications Experience in tree care preferred Management experience preferred Decision making skills Set the standard for professional behavior of the crew Excellent communication skills with crew members and homeowners Must have a valid driver's license, CDL or class A license is a plus Have the ability to lift 75lbs. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving high-quality results in all tasks performed.
