Tree Fish LLC is hiring a Tree Climber / Aerial Lift Operator for pruning and removal work in the Grand Rapids / West Michigan area. Serving West Michigan since 2008, we value safe work, reliability, and teamwork.

Pay:

$25-$34 per hour, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Perform tree pruning and removals using climbing systems, bucket trucks, and tracked aerial lifts. Inspect and safely use climbing gear, aerial lifts, chainsaws, and rigging equipment. Coordinate with the ground crew and protect customers' property. Assist with equipment operation, ground work, and cleanup as needed.

Qualifications:

Professional experience in tree climbing, aerial lift operation for tree work, or both. Knowledge of safe pruning, removal, and rigging practices. Reliability, clear communication, and a commitment to safety.

CDL, ISA

certification, and crew leadership experience are a plus. Our crews use bucket trucks, a tracked lift, a grapple saw truck, and mini skids with grapples to support the work. Apply through Indeed and describe your tree-climbing and aerial-lift experience, including any relevant certifications.
