Salary :

90,000 - 120,000

Annual Job Summary:

Seeking an Architectural Job Captain with 4-6 years of experience in Revit, construction documentation, detailing, and structural/MEP coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare construction drawings and documentation using Revit. Develop detailed building envelope, construction assemblies, and millwork details. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, civil, and MEP consultants. Ensure compliance with building codes and life safety requirements. Assist with shop drawing reviews, RFIs, and site visits.

Requirements:

B.Arch or B.S. in Architecture. 4-6 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. Strong Revit proficiency is mandatory. Knowledge of construction detailing, wood framing, steel, and masonry. Familiarity with Enscape, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 preferred.
