Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by compiling lists of prospective customers from various sources. Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to qualify leads and convert inquiries into sales. Address technical and business objections from prospective customers. Prepare detailed bid proposals, including project dimensions, material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor estimates. Present bid packages to customers and secure acceptance. Estimate delivery dates based on production schedules. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Travel to trade shows and represent the company. Generate quotes, agreements, proposals and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales or estimating in the paving industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bid Master) and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel as needed. Previous experience in asphalt sales required. Why Join Us?
