Job Description

Production Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage production crew on projects including asphalt paving and sealcoating
Manage and supervise multiple projects
Machine operation as required
Set up crew for daily work including preparing and fueling equipment, loading trailer, tie down, inspections
Assist with scheduling, material orders, small equipment purchases
Field take offs and budget management

Preferred Traits:

Leadership skills, communication, problem solving ability, field management, cost effective project management. Asphalt industry experience is a must! Qualifications Proven experience as a Production / Operations manager in construction, paving industry preferred Experience with project management Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with heavy equipment / machine operation

Job Type:
