Job Description
Production Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage production crew on projects including asphalt paving and sealcoating
- Manage and supervise multiple projects
- Machine operation as required
- Set up crew for daily work including preparing and fueling equipment, loading trailer, tie down, inspections
- Assist with scheduling, material orders, small equipment purchases
- Field take offs and budget management
Preferred Traits:
Leadership skills, communication, problem solving ability, field management, cost effective project management. Asphalt industry experience is a must! Qualifications Proven experience as a Production / Operations manager in construction, paving industry preferred Experience with project management Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with heavy equipment / machine operationJob Type:
Full-time Pay:
$110,000.00- $125,000.
