Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in the asphalt field and a strong understanding of construction site operations. Responsibilities Assist in paving operations and other construction tasks on-site Conduct utility locating to ensure safe digging practices. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Participate in site clean-up and organization to ensure a productive workspace. Requirements Previous construction site experience is preferred. Knowledge of paving techniques. Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required. Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to safety on the job site.
