Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in the asphalt field and a strong understanding of construction site operations. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to industry standards. Responsibilities Assist in paving operations and other construction tasks on-site Conduct utility locating to ensure safe digging practices. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Participate in site clean-up and organization to ensure a productive workspace. Requirements Previous construction site experience is preferred. Knowledge of paving techniques. Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required. Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to safety on the job site.
