Industrial Plant Crew Superintendent Duit Construction - 3.2 Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Staff supervision Team leadership Driver's License Leading team collaboration initiatives Full Job Description A Industrial/Commercial Painting Technician will be responsible for performing various commercial waterproofing, painting and decal repair work on industrial mobile equipment. This work will consist of various types of services with regard to exterior equipment maintenance and will require an individual that is able and willing to paint prep and waterproof mobile industrial equipment using lifts, swing stage platforms, sandblast equipment, and scaffold for accessing work areas, load and unload frequently heavy materials, clean job site and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. Continued education will be encouraged with room to grow. Experience in some or all of the responsibilities listed below is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Ability to operate power washer and Sandblaster (Experience Preferred). Coordinate with operations teams, maintenance teams, and leadership to produce cost effective projects Removal and replacement of old decals and paint coatings (Experience Preferred). Swing Stage & Suspended Work Platform Operation (Experience Preferred). Painting using roller and airless spray equipment (Experience Preferred). Frequently lifting, carrying, and holding tools, and supplies. Cleaning tools, equipment, materials, and the construction work area. Work well with a team as well as independently. Listen and be receptive to training Willing to work at heights above multiple stories Work harmoniously, cooperatively, and courteously with others at all times. Follow specific directions and instructions from supervisors. Perform a variety of tasks and duties that may change often as the work conditions require. Work within defined standards of accuracy. Work in a variety of weather conditions, including temperatures over 85 degrees and below 40 degrees. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Record time accurately and thoroughly for the Industrial Paint Crew Must have a valid drivers license Ability to effectively lead skilled labor personnel Ability to use arms and hand to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects. Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks Ability to perform frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted. Must be able to see and hear well (naturally or with correction.) Ability to travel and work overtime, as requested.
