Key duties include site prep (sweeping, measuring), material handling (shoveling, raking), assisting machine operators (screed, roller), traffic control, cleanup, and equipment maintenance, all while adhering strictly to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities Site Preparation:

Clean and prepare surfaces, remove debris, set up traffic control (flagger duties).\n

Material Handling:

Load/unload materials, transport tools, shovel, rake, and lute hot asphalt to achieve proper thickness and grade.\n

Asphalt Application:

Assist screed operators, smooth irregularities, apply tack coat (oil) for bonding.\n

Equipment Operation:

Operate hand/power tools (rakes, shovels, tampers) and assist with machinery like pavers, compactors, and rollers.\n
