We specialize in cleaning, honing, polishing, and sealing natural stone — marble, travertine, limestone, granite, and quartz — as well as tile/grout, showers, pavers, and countertops. We're hiring an experienced stone restoration technician to run jobs solo, train newer team members, and help us continue growing. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already knows how to polish stone and can walk onto a job site and get to work. Important — Please Read Before Applying This is a senior technical position. We are specifically looking for someone with direct hands-on experience polishing stone — particularly countertops. This is the hardest skill to teach and the most valuable skill we hire for. Do not apply if you do not have direct, professional experience with at least one of the following: Natural stone polishing (marble, travertine, limestone) Engineered quartz honing and polishing Countertop restoration and finish polishing Concrete polishing with progressive grit sequences (planetary grinders, diamond tooling) Terrazzo restoration What You'll Do Run residential and commercial stone restoration jobs solo Polish, hone, clean, and seal natural stone and engineered quartz surfaces Apply protective sealers and our RAKU nano-ceramic coating Train and mentor newer technicians on technique and finish quality Operate truck-mount equipment, planetary grinders, polishers, and a full suite of stone restoration tools Maintain a clean, professional work environment in customer homes and commercial properties Document jobs in CompanyCam (before/after photos) and Housecall Pro Follow our process and standards while bringing your expertise to improve outcomes Required Experience Minimum 3 years of professional, hands-on stone polishing experience (or equivalent concrete polishing background) Demonstrable finish quality — you can produce a consistent high-gloss or honed finish on natural stone and quartz Truck-mount extraction equipment experience Comfortable working solo on residential and commercial job sites Professional demeanor and customer-facing presentation skills Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record Physically capable of kneeling, lifting 50+ pounds, and operating equipment for full workdays Backgrounds We've Seen Succeed Stone restoration technicians from other companies (MARBLELIFE, Sir Grout, Beyond Stone, Natural Stone Inc, Stanley Steemer stone division, independents) Countertop fabricators with field/install experience who do finish polishing Concrete polishing professionals with restoration or decorative concrete backgrounds Floor tile polishing What We Offer $22-$28/hour to start , based on experience and proven finish quality Path to lead technician role with additional responsibility and pay Weekly pay Company truck-mount van and all equipment provided 7:30 AM start time, typical full-day schedule, Saturday availability required as needed Quarterly team-building outings Stable, established company with strong reputation and consistent work flow Not a Fit If You Are new to the trade or only have general cleaning experience Have only worked in a shop environment with no field/customer-facing experience Cut corners or rush through work Are unreliable or inconsistent Are uncomfortable working in residential or commercial customer-facing environments Cannot run jobs solo Cannot work
