Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardscape Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of outdoor hardscaping projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments that meet client specifications and adhere to safety standards. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate installation of hardscape features. Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing tools and materials for efficient workflow. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively during installation processes. Install various building materials such as pavers, bricks, stone, concrete, and glass for outdoor hardscaping projects. Collaborate with team members to execute precise layout work for patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on all construction sites. Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to project plans and client expectations. Requirements Proven experience in hardscaping construction projects or related outdoor installation work. Strong knowledge of building construction principles, including the use of hand tools and power tools. Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications accurately. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow strict safety protocols at all times. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is preferred.
